Learn to take things easier. Nothing is as serious as it might seem at first glance. Take some distance from the diverse events that might happen throughout the day. Rather than identifying yourself with these events, step back and observe them. After consciously observing the happenings, take action. Start acting appropriately and stop reacting in your habitual way you did so far.
When I say “act appropriately”, I mean, you should act in a way that’s most beneficial for you and all others. Reacting unconsciously in your habitual way mostly isn’t beneficial – neither to yourself not to anyone else.
Getting angry, using bad language, hurting anyone, worrying, being annoyed, frustrated… doesn’t add anything positive to your life. These reactions are merely bad habits – habits you learned from others. Whatever might happen to you, always try to find something positive.
Every situation contains something positive, not necessarily what our ego wants, but surely something positive: A possibility to grow, to change ourselves for the better, a possibility to learn, a means to become stronger, more independent…
Take it easy, simply step back, observe and became aware of all the blessings that surround you. The mind mostly creates problems, where there are no problems.
